bright straw yellow colour, fine and lingering perlage. Fresh and neat nose, with an array of hints of citrus fruit, crispy fruits and baking flavours. Fresh, enveloping and dry in the mouth with savoury and mineral notes. Persistent and harmonious, with a finish of nuts and candied peel.
Suitable for appetizers with delicate fi nger food. Remarkable with seafood risotto andt hroughout a complete meal.
