The morainic hills were formed during the Quartenary period, characterized by fertile soils of clay and fine gravel.

90 quintals of grapes.

HARVEST
Manual picking in trays in september.

VINIFICATION
Drying of grapes in small crates until the beginning of December. The white wine vinifi cation takes place in tonneaux for 12 months. Aged for approximately ten months in barrels and then for 4 – 5 months in the bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Golden yellow colour with aromas reminiscent of honey and yellow flowers and fruits in syrup, with notes of ripen citrus refined by the ageing in barriques. The flavour profile is very smooth and characterized by enveloping sensations, supported by an important structure and by the rich presence of extract.

PAIRINGS
Blue vein cheeses, dry pastries and toasted dried fruit.
