Drying of grapes in small crates until the beginning of December. The white wine vinification takes place partly in steel tanks and partly in small oak barrels. Aged for approximately 10 months in the barrels and then 6 months in the bottle.
Golden yellow colour with aromas reminiscent of yellow flowers and fruits in syrup, with notes of mature citrus rendered more delicate by the ageing in barriques. Flavour is very smooth and characterized by enfolding sensations supported by an important structure and by the rich presence of extract.
Blue-veined cheeses, dry pastries and toasted dried fruit.
