100 quintals of grapes.
Manually, in September.
Crushing at a low temperature; pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Short aging period, partly carried out in bottle.
Brilliant rose color with purple highlights. Intriguing scents of peach blossom and wild rose, sour black cherry and white pepper. Fresh and enfolding on the palate, with typical salty notes of the Garda morainic hills.
Ideal to match meat and fish appetizers, succulent first courses and freshwater fish.
