100 quintals of grapes.
Manually, in September.
Cold soaking; pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation not carried out. Short ageing period, partly carried out in bottle.
Pale rosé colour. Intense bouquet with fruity scents of small red fruits, raspberry, black cherry, fragrant cherry. Floral notes of violet and rose. Balanced on the palate, intense with a marked acidity and sapidity with a long finish.
Ideal to match with meat and fish dishes, pizza and charcuterie.
