Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with long maturation on the yeasts.
Straw yellow color with bright hues. Nose: fine and persistent with citrus, sage and white flowers notes. Smooth, harmonic, fresh , long lasting. Young and immediately drinkable wine.
Perfect as aperitif, suited to risotto, fish and seafood, white meat, salad.
