The Morainic hills were formed during the Quartenary period, characterized by fertile soils of clay and fine gravel.

90 quintals of grapes.

HARVEST
Manually, at the beginning of October.

VINIFICATION
Long maceration on the grape pomace with frequent pump-over, malolactic fermentation on the grape skins, ageing in oak barrel for 12 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Intense red. Nose: fine and persistent with spices notes, liquorice, cocoa and little red berries. Slightly tannin-rich, well balanced, smooth with a long finish.

PAIRINGS
Red meat dishes, game, aged cheese.

SERVING TEMPERATURE
18-20° C.
