The Morainic hills were formed during the Quartenary period, characterized by fertile soils of clay and fine gravel.

Light pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrels, long maturation on the yeasts.
Intense straw-yellow color with golden tinges. Fruity aroma with hints of peach and apricot, honey and spices; delicately mineral. Pronounced palate, full-flavored, pervasive and firmly structured with a long fruity after-aroma. Suitable for 5-7 years of ageing.
Seafood, spicy white meats, medium matured cow’s milk cheese and herbed goat cheese.
