80-90 quintals of grapes.
HARVEST
Manually, end of September.
VINIFICATION
Light pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging partly in French oak tonneaux for 6 months and the other part in stainless steel tanks with long ageing on the lees. Malolactic fermentation not carried out
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Intense strawyellow colour with golden tinges. Fruity aromas with hints of peach and apricot, honey and spices; delicately mineral. Intense on the palate, savory, full-bodied and structured with a long fruity finish.
PAIRINGS
Seafood, spicy white meats, medium mature cow milk cheese and herbed goat cheese.
